Day Eternal Ear Pain

1

Once again I rose early for tea and honey with Harrison, and headed down to the lounge for some lounging. I mentally prepared for our two tank dive. It was going to be intense. We headed out to the boats and headed out to Salt Island to wreck dive the RMS Rhone. the Rhone wrecked during a hurricane in 1867 (ironically it was built and deemed unsinkable by the same people who built the Titanic). We dove the wreck and the massive propeller had vibrant life all over it. It was quite amazing. after hitting the surface, we were debriefed and told the importance of artificial reefs (provide a protected area for fish to grow up). We then went to Cooper island and had nice practice at Fish I.D. Then went to grab lunch on the island. We had fish and chips, twas gooood. We then went snorkeling for a long while where I saw a sea turtle and some Rays. Got some good pics. Got on the boat and I think my swimmers ear has turned into a full blown ear infection, it has swollen to the point where I can see it on the side of my head, I’m having trouble hearing and it hurts quite a lot. My parents over email convinced me I NEED to see the teachers about it, so I will be doing that shortly, hopefully I will get some much needed relief. After that I got some pain meds and headed up to Mad dogs for dinner. We had a Mexican buffet of nachos and quesadillas, the food this week has been exquisite. We had some fun taking goofy pictures a few of which I’m considering for fb profile pictures. Tough decisions. Well I’m tired, in a lot of pain (as I have been all week) and I need sleep, going to bed soon, 2 tank dive tomorrow. Night all.
