Day 8: Puzzle Pieces

0

As you can tell by my elaborate title, I have started the puzzle. “What’s that you say?”, “It’s name?”, “oh sure, the name of the puzzle is… Marine Biology.” In my new class I have found all of the corner pieces, now it’s time to make a puzzles brahhs, bring it.

When I say that I found the corner piece I mean that I now understand the general field of marine biology, and what problems scientist face while in this field.

Allow me to demonstrate, in my class today one of my classmates presented his article to the class, his article had to deal with the … “Great White Shark”, now this article stated that Eco tourism doesn’t effect sharks behavior on seal island. Now right of the bat some of my classmate began to critique this article, all angles were looked at. You could feel the temperature of the room rising from all the intensity, actually it was only three people who have it out for each other. “Burn” However, these people did make smart critiques, and while seeing this, a revelation came to me, maybe, just maybe this is what the teachers wanted, to encourage critique, who would have guessed.

Aside from the article my friends and I were allowed to dissect again today, it was sick. I really enjoyed this because it gave me a chance to see first hand the internal anatomy of a marine creature, and let me tell ya its not as clean as the diagram.

Anyways everything we did today had to do with marine biology, I feel like a scientist, but not like a mad one. It’s kind of like a good one, like Bill Nye.

Brody McClure the science guy over and out.
