Today we started out by talking about two articles we read last night. The first article was about fish migration. It showed that smaller fish with a smaller life cycle were more prone to be displaced by warming water tempurature. The second article was about the effectiveness of marine reserves. It was interesting to find out that the effectiveness is actually dependent on the species trying to be protected. We also talked about carreers in marine biology. I’m planning on majoring in marine biology, so I was interested to find out that marine biologist isn’t really a job description.
