As another day of class bites the dust, I leave with a bigger sense of knowledge about connecting differnent sciences on with the subject of marine biology. It is like kind of proud feeling because
now with each day mybcompetence of what really goes on in this subject expands and that makes me more relaxed with the notes and assignments I have to do. Today, we about the solubility of the sea, concerning ph and effects of salinity, and about the forces of waves currents, and tides along with how they are dependent upon the control of the sun, moon and rotation of earth itself. The main discussion of course was about factors of the waves, currents, and tides. How they affect the marine life is simply this: several weathor factors such as the air pressure and wind drive the waves the force of the typical waves that crash into the rock formations and affect the geology which some marine life depend on. The wind also along with salintly temperature of the water control the current movement which a lot of marine life also depends on.
Wow, that seems like a lot to understand and connect, right? Well here’s my picture of the day that should make you feel better about it.
