After waking up, we headed to the internet room for a debriefing on sea turtles my group, team sea monkey, headed to savannah bay for a lesson and snorkel with invertebrates while in the fringing reef, we saw many types of invertebrates and a huge porcupine fish. After that, we headed to the marina for a burger lunch. My group then boarded sea dragon in order to search out a sea turtle or two to tag. After spotting one in nails bay and chasing it for twenty+ minutes, we were able to catch it and bring it on the boat. I got to measure its belly and it was 36.2 cm long. We chased and almost caught a second but it got away from doc’s grasp.
