Today was a pretty calm day for me personally. As usual we started out by leaving for breakfast at the Old Yard. Breakfast was followed by a presentation from Laura about all the different types of sea life in Virgin Gorda. She spoke about all different types of sea life, such as sea nails, sea urchins, grouper, jellyfish, and sharks. Then we proceeded over to Savannah Bay where everyone, except me, went snorkeling there. I had not been feeling well, so I decided to observe from the beach. After a while everyone came back onto the beach and played with the frisbee and awaited the teaching from Casey. Casey removed a few sea creatures from the ocean and brought them back for everyone to observe. The creatures consisted of moon jellyfish, sea snails, crab, and sea urchin. The teaching was both cool and educational. Then we had lunch. After lunch everyone headed over to the marina and climbed aboard their boats and set off to scuba. Unfortunately I had to sit that one out as well, due to me not feeling well. Eventually everyone made it back to the cabins and started off for church. We went to a church at the top of the hill, just by the marina. It was a nice and simple mass given by a very kind priest. After mass we went to the beach for a bar-b-q and a night snorkeling. After dinner a few of us just watched the stars and the night snorkelers. It was a great way to end the day.
