Today we began by getting up at 7:30 and meeting at the road by at 8 am to go to breakfast. We ate at a hotel near Guavaberry. We then got started talking about our schedule and we got briefed on our trip today. After this we had a great lunch and then headed over to the marina. We then briefed on how to set up the dive equipment. We then took a ten minute boat ride to the dive spot where we got in our gear and jumped in. The water was cool but felt really nice. After doing some dive skills we began exploring. While down there my group, of Brody, Gabe, Nick, and Casey, we saw two four-foot southern stingrays. We also saw many fish and an octopus. After 47 minutes underwater we surfaced and headed back to the marina. Afterwards we went back to our cottages and now I am blogging. Later tonight we are going to have a B-B-Q on the beach.
