I finally made it through the classroom portion of the class! Everyone seems so excited to go to BVI. Today we just talked more about the actual details of the trip. Then we went over two articles from the night before about the lion fish invasion and another about leaping blennies. The article about lion fish is undoubtably the most important we have read so far because we will be helping the reef restoration in the BVI by taking out the lion fish. In the last few minutes of class, each table presented their topic from the night before. My group’s topic was marine mammals.
I can truly say that I have already learned so much from this class that I didn’t expect to.
