2012 Week 2

Day 2, We got up at 7:30 to roosters crowing and doc knocking on the door.. We took a taxi to our meeting area where we had breakfast. Upon waking up this morning in a warm and humid Virgin Gorda environment, not many of us knew how fun and exciting the first day would be. After eating breakfast, we discussed our schedule and things we learned in class that could be implemented in our later diving. We ate lunch and were off to our first activity....

Today was our first day in The British Virgin Islands. Yesterday we took a four hour flight from Dallas to San Juan Puerto Rico, and then we took a one hour plane ride to Beef Island. Then, at about 10 PM, we all gathered in a boat and traveled to Virgin Gorda, which was about 20 minutes away....
