Marshall, Day 01

1

Getting up today at four in the morning was hard, but it was definitely worth it. The flight from Dallas to San Juan was long but I got to sit next to Henry so I had someone to talk to. We had a four to five hour lay over in San Juan, but it went by fast because I played a very fun game of World Monopoly with my friends. We have been traveling all day, but nothing beat the boat that picked us up. It is a big boat and is supposedly better than last years. The brand new boat was called Sea Wolf. Casey and her husband Jeff were nice to meet, and the pizza they got tonight was delicious. We all got devised into three houses, Jasmine, Lime, and Mango. Bobby, Reece, Jack, and I got put into house Lime. All of us including Luke and Mr. GoLab got put into group sea monkey. We got cool Jesuit sun shirts and T-shirts after dinner which will be so helpful considering I forgot a sun shirt. Guava berry is a great place, and the commissary is a cool place to hang and blog as well. I’m really excited for this week and all of the great experiences that come with it. I can’t wait to see the vast marine life the BVI has to offer. Scuba Diving is going to be a blast. I hope I see a shark this week.
