Grand Caymans Day 5:

Today’s dives were amazing. I saw some fish that I have never seen before and wow, they were incredible. Today’s first dive took place at Hepps Pipeline and this dive site was extraordinary. As I jumped into the water and started to swim around I noticed some whisker like spikes sticking out from a little creéis in the coral. As I got up closer I saw that it was a Lionfish. The Lionfish was a brownish-red color that seemed t just be hovering in the small cave. These Lionfish are very poisonous and if one of their spikes poke you, you might die if nit traded right away. The Lionfish has big spike like whiskers that extend from its body. Another amazing fish that I spotted today was the Spotted Trunkfish. This particular Trunkfish is white with black dots all across its body. Trunkfish also have their eye sin the front of their bodies like humans and that was the feature tat let me know for sure that it was a Trunkfish. In todays first dive I saw two fish that I have never seen before and they were truly amazing. The features on these two fish were so extraordinary. Today first dive was great and I am excited for our next dives.

Our second dive today was at the Spanish Reef. This dive was absolutely amazing. As a jumped into the water I was immediately greeted by a small school of French Grunts that were swimming by me so fast and the only hint that I could se at first was yellow. In the middle of the dive off in the distance I noticed two Tarpon swimming by. I have never seen a Tarpon in person up until today. The Tarpon was massive and was very shiny underwater. The two Tarpon were swimming in the dapper water and. The went off into. The blue deep ocean. At te end of the dive today I saw something floating underwater but when I got closer I noticed that I was a Great Barracuda. This Barracuda was glistening under the water and at first was hard to see but it was sitting their stocking its prey and was ready to strike at any moment. Today I saw some get a creatures and I hope that I see some more in the next dives.
