Today we started class with our article project. The article project is where we pick an article and lead the class in a disscussion on it. We started off with and article about butterfly fish and coralreafs lead by alec sims and kells koch. They helped explain to us about how due to coral deplition the butterfly fish are eating more coral.we then started taking notes about invertebrates. Afterwords we went into the lab and started disecting a starfish. At first it was a littlehard because the exterior skin wouldnt cut open but after i finally cut it open it became alot esaier. Then me and my partner started working on disecting asquid this was fun as well because after we were finished we were able to use the pen( spine) and the ink to right.
