It’s time for mangroves, man

Today, I did the usual routine of waking up, pack my scuba gear into a bag, eating the most depressing and mediocre breakfast ever, and then we hopped in the taxi/bus/pickup truck thing to be driven to the marina, however this day was different, we weren’t doing our typical dives where we explore reefs, we were going to explore a shipwreck, more specifically, we were going to explore the Kodiak Queen, one of the only surviving ships from Pearl Harbor, which was sunk fairly recently by Richard Branson, however, the interesting thing about it is that it was turned into an art installation underwater, anyway, after that we went to the coral nursery to clean the trees, during our time there, about 20% of that time was actually spent cleaning trees, the rest of that time was spent being stung everywhere by jellyfish and fire coral, which was definitely not on my list of things to do in the British Virgin Islands, anyway, after we recovered from that ordeal, we hopped on the boat and ate a delicious meal of sandwiches and these freaking AMAZING cupcakes that one of the dive instructors baked for us, after lunch we spent much of the time swimming and jumping into the ocean, and once we got tired of flopping into the ocean, we snorkeled along the mangroves, where we saw lots of little baby fish and invertebrates, such as sea cucumbers, which are basically uglier starfish, after that, we went back to the commissary, and then we ate a delicious meal of garlic bread and lasagna, and then we worked on our projects for a bit, which then lead me to write this blog again!
