Day 6 and 7

The Last day and the day after where memorable. We started off the last day in Virgin Gorda by eating breakfast at the teachers cabin. After breakfast we started walking down the road, to paint planters and walls close to some soccer fields and buildings. It was a very rewarding and somewhat relaxing experience. Then we head back to the cabins for some free time. Almost everyone headed down to the beach to sit on the sun, throw the frisbee, ride the skin board. It was a lot of fun; we had four awesome hours of just relaxing on one of the most beautiful beaches. It was a great way to end the day. After the great day at the beach we headed back up to the cabins, to get ready for dinner. For dinner we all went to the marina and had a great bar-b-q dinner. Then after dinner Laura and Casey presented there slide shows and videos that they had prepared for us, to remember the week. They also gave us each a flash drive with photos on it from the slide show, as if they had not done enough. Then when the night was done we said our goodbyes and headed back to the cabins to pack and get some sleep.
The next day we woke up at 4:30 and headed down to the marina to climb aboard the boat, to ride over to the airport. After arriving we thanked and said goodbye to Casey and Jeff and started off to the airport. We eventuality got on our first flight and arrived in San Juan. We originally had a four hour layover, but after awhile we informed that our plane had a problem and our flight would be delayed until 9:00, so we waited for 13 hours. Finally we got on our plane and arrived in Dallas at 12:45. We said thank you to Doc, Mr. Kirby, and Mr. Nevitt and went home.
