Final day in BVI

1

My final day in the BVI was a great one. It started out by waking up and heading over to olde yard for breakfast and then a presentation over turtle tagging. The presenter did not show up for a while so we started watching some free diving videos. Once the presenter arrived he showed us a sideshow on turtle tagging. After the slide show we all loaded up in the taxi and headed down to the boats. We took the boats over to dix’s bay were we were going to find turtles to tag. Unfortunately we only caught on turtle. After we caught the turtle we but him up on the boat and began the process for recording all the turtles measurements and tagging it. Once done tagging the turtle we all headed back to the olde yard were we swam in the pool and ate lunch. After lunch we headed back to the huts to hangout and get ready for the closing ceremony. At around 7 o’clock we headed over to a restaurant on the ocean to do our final ceremonies and eat diner. During our final ceremonies we watched an incredible video made by laura displaying the whole trip. After the video we all stood up and and said what our favorite part about the trip was. I said mine was the night dive because of all the really different creatures that came out. After this we capped of our night with some great key lime pie. I would like to thank Casey, Jeff, Brian, and Laura for making the trip so incredible and special. Thank you, It was one of the best trips I have every been on and I hope I can come back soon!
